Gods and Thieves

In development — seeking financing

CineBandits Entertainment is currently seeking financing for Gods and Thieves, a feature film by T.A. Acierto (Tye Acierto).

Synopsis

Inspired by the story of Magdalena Solis. Two con-artist brothers enter a remote village posing as messengers of the gods, exploiting the villagers’ faith in pursuit of hidden riches. They recruit Magdalena, a woman scarred by hardship, to play their living goddess. But when she begins to believe in her own divinity, their deception spirals into dangerous fanaticism—and the brothers lose control of the power they have unleashed.
